DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED BY 4th DAY,

IS AGAIN AVAILABLE TO OTHER POTENTIAL BUYERS.

must be paid in full by age 7 weeks if held with a deposit at
time of birth.
Final payment accepted by cash, money order or cashiers check only.
We reserve the
right to refuse any prospective homes.
